We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Crane Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Supervise Crane Operations:

  • Oversee and coordinate all crane operations on the worksite.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient use of cranes in lifting and moving materials.
  • Monitor crane operators to guarantee compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of crane operators.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of crane operators.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on individual and team performance.

Safety Compliance:

  • Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct safety inspections of cranes and related equipment.
  • Investigate and report any safety incidents, and implement corrective actions.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule crane activities.
  • Ensure that cranes are deployed efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to facilitate seamless project execution.

Maintenance and Repairs:

  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for regular inspections and preventive maintenance of cranes.
  • Schedule repairs and downtime in a manner that minimizes disruptions to project timelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of seven years of Proven experience as a Crane Supervisor or a similar role in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of crane operations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Certification as a Crane Operator or equivalent is a plus.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 / month.
