Requirements
  • Candidates must have a first class Degree, preferably in Secretarial Administration, with a high level of Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).
  • Preferably above 5 years experience.
  • The applicant must have worked at a Blue chip company with a top level management executive.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and must have the commitment and dedication to work late hours
  • Must have a friendly disposition, charming presence and pleasing personality.
  • Must have high level of integrity; excellent interpersonal relationship skills, good communication skills, excellent command over the English language, tremendous self confidence, passion for excellence and perfection, analytical thinking capacity; good planning capability and time management skills.
  • Must have the willingness to learn, capacity to work under continuous stress, ability to patiently handle difficult tasks and face tough situations.
  • Proficiency in shorthand/speed writing is essential.
  • Knowledge of French language would be an advantage.
Remuneration
The compensation would be quite attractive and there would be good opportunity for training and development.
