Key Responsibilities
- Implement Montessori principles to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Foster independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in each child.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and parents to ensure a holistic approach to education.
- Assess and track the progress of each student, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- NCE, HND, BSc, or BEd with 1-3 years experience
- Montessori teaching certification.
- Previous experience as a Montessori teacher is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for the Montessori method and child-centered education.
Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 / Month.
