  • Identify and qualify potential leads through engaging phone interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Stay informed about our products/services and communicate their value proposition.
  • Provide information about promotions, pricing, and special offers.
  • Work towards achieving or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Continuously strive for improvement in sales techniques and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Telecommerce Sales Associate or in a similar sales role.
