Eat 'N' Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry.

Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Conduct Supplier Food Safety & Quality Systems Audits (50%)
• Manage and protect product quality and consistency (25%)
• Develop and approve quality ingredients and suppliers (15%)
• Assist in the New Product Development for local products and products launched (10%)
• And other responsibilities assigned.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Food Science or related area.
• 5 years food quality/food manufacturing experience.
• HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) certification and strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with suppliers, franchisees and internal team members.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, set goals, work independently, and be self-motivated.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Project management skills including the ability to prioritize and organize, create action assignments, verify completion of tasks and follow up.
• Travel up to 30% with in Nigeria
• Good Knowledge of computer skills including MS Office programs.
