We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Backend Developer (NYSC)

Location: Allen, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using server-side frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Flask.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implement data storage solutions and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Develop APIs and ensure high performance and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and debug backend applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in server-side programming languages (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
• Experience with backend frameworks (Express.js, Django, Flask, etc.).
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Knowledge of RESTful web services and API development.
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
