Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description

• As a Bartender at Lush Lounge, you will be at the heart of our hospitality, creating memorable moments through expertly crafted beverages and engaging customer interactions.
• You will play a crucial role in maintaining the bar's high standards, ensuring the smooth operation of beverage service, and contributing to the overall success of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities
Mixology:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Showcase creativity by developing and presenting signature drinks.
• Ensure accurate measurements and consistent drink quality.

Customer Service:

• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests at the bar.
• Engage with customers, take drink orders, and make personalized recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

Bar Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Monitor and replenish bar supplies, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Collaborate with other bartenders and staff to create a positive and cohesive work environment.

Upselling and Promotion:

• Upsell specialty drinks and promotions to increase revenue.
• Stay informed about current beverage trends and contribute to menu development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems.

Salary Range
N30,000 - N50,000 / Month
