- We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Nightclub/Restaurant/Lounge Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in managing the operations of a successful nightlife venue.
- As the Nightclub/Restaurant/Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the overall success of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nightclub, restaurant, and lounge areas.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and employee performance.
Customer Experience:
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and enhance the overall guest experience through effective communication and feedback systems.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Implement cost-control measures and revenue enhancement strategies.
Event Planning and Promotion:
- Coordinate and execute special events, promotions, and entertainment programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nightclub/Restaurant/Lounge Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, entertainment, and nightlife industry practices.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Salary Range
N50,000 - N100,000 / Month
