Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Restaurant/Lounge/Club Supervisor.
- As the Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, and supporting the overall success of the restaurant, lounge, and club areas.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations in the restaurant, lounge, and club sections.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment efficiently.
Customer Service:
- Provide hands-on support to staff, promoting a positive and welcoming environment.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and themed nights.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall customer experience.
Financial Accountability:
- Assist in monitoring and managing budgetary goals.
- Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and effective cost management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant, lounge, or club industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary Range
N50,000 - N100,000 / Month
