• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals, while addressing the unique challenges and opportunities within the transport technology sector.
• Market Insight: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmaps and enhancements.
• Roadmap Creation: Create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that outlines the evolution of our solutions, incorporating new features, enhancements, and innovations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of product initiatives.
• Requirement Gathering: Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and market feedback to define and prioritize product requirements that meet real-world needs.
• Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept and design to development, testing, and launch.
• User-Centric Design: Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring our solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and address pain points.
• Performance Analytics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, using data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
• Innovation: Encourage a culture of continuous innovation, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance our products and stay ahead of the curve.
• Iterative Improvement: Implement an iterative development approach, leveraging customer feedback and usage data to continuously refine and enhance products.
• Thought Leadership: Stay current with industry trends, sharing insights and knowledge within the company and externally through presentations and thought leadership.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Work within a software development methodology like AGILE.
• Coordinate product releases with the operations, marketing, and technology team.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a product specialist or similar role, preferably in the transportation or technology industry.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using product management tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
