DCSL Corporate Services Limited is a private limited liability company that provides executive selection, company secretarial, governance, immigration, and training services to diverse governmental, corporate, and individual clients across several business sectors in Nigeria. We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with an operational branch in Abuja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commercial Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Support the organisation’s Business Unit and Network offices.
• Win, retain and develop strategic customers.
• Plan and manage accounts.
• Gather customers and markets information to update business units on product and current trends.
• Manage relationship with key customers as customer point of contact at country level.
• Drive joint customer meetings with strategic customers to ensure the company moves from a transactional level provider to a strategic level provider to the customer.
• Customer implementation to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer’s expectations (SLA’s & SOPs).
• Coordinate with the business development team & operations on customer enquiries, business reviews & account planning.
• Work collaboratively with network partners, other overseas offices and actively engage in sales lead generation process (incoming and outgoing) for business growth.
• Support finance in control of credit and collections.
• Ensure recovery of profit share from origin stations on shipment.

Job Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years professional experience.
• Sound knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Incoterms.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
