We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Remote Medical Transcriptionist

Location: Remote (permanent work from home)
Type of Work: Full-time
Work Hours: Mon - Fri, US Time
Start date: Can start ASAP

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Transcribe notes and records of physician's patient visits and correspondence.
  • Successfully operate computer software for word processing, transcription equipment, and dictation.
  • File and store office records as needed.
  • Enter clinical data related to incoming lab orders and requisitions using relevant computer software.
  • Ensure proper spelling, grammar, and consistency regarding proper medical terminology.
  • Review and correct mistakes in reports after checking with physicians.
  • Ensure proper documentation is used throughout the doctor's office.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
  • Proficiency in grammar, abbreviations, and punctuation
  • Preferably with a healthcare/ medical background
  • Working knowledge of commonly used medical terminology
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Working with Limitlessli:

  • Remote work – home-based
  • Environment must be quiet and professional

Tools needed:

  • You must have your laptop/desktop computer, a noise-cancellation headset, a second monitor, stable internet, and a backup internet connection.

Salary
$850 to $950 per month
