Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The intern's responsibilities will be to support the HR Manager in:

• Handling daily administrative task of the organisation
• Assisting the HR in the recruitment, training and onboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records and documentation (hard and soft copies)
• Conduct file audits
• Providing general office support to management and HR department
• Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc.)
• Coordinating communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Preparing reports

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any Social Science or its equivalent.
• Skills/Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skill, conflict management skills, excellent written and verbal skill, excellent organisational skill. Good knowledge of human resources process and practises.
• 1 - 2 years of work experience
• Must be highly creative and innovative.
• Must be highly intelligent and efficient.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Have a proactive attitude and zeal to learn.
• Must possess excellent leadership and organisational skills.
