Job Summary

  • As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by overseeing and enhancing our sales efforts.
  • You will be required to develop and execute sales strategies and targets, acquire customers, and build strong relationships with domestic and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and industrial customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our services and products to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years proven experience in sales management, knowledge of the utility or power distribution industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement innovative sales approaches.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
