Job Title: Van Sales Representative / Market Sales Representative

Locations: Uyo - Akwa Ibom and Calabar - Cross River

Job Description

• Conduct daily sales visits to retail stores, supermarkets, and other sales outlets to promote and sell fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of FMCG products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Merchandising
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback on competitor pricing, product performance, and customer preferences.
• Collect customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions to improve service and product offerings.
• Develop and execute efficient sales routes to maximize customer visits and sales opportunities.
• Target Driven
• Proven sales experience, with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
• Proficiency in mathematics for accurate order processing and payment collection.
• Collaborative and able to work well within a team
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to handle physical demands associated with loading and unloading products.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• An understanding of local markets, competition, and consumer behavior.

Requirement

• Minimum of OND qualification.
