Job Description
- Greet customers, help them locate products, and provide information about product features and benefits.
- Respond to customer questions and inquiries regarding products, prices, and store policies.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that store shelves are well-organized, clean, and products are adequately stocked.
- Suggest complementary products and promotions to increase sales and enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Actively participate in theft prevention efforts and notify security of any suspicious activities.
