- At least 2-3 years store management experience/supervisory experience within a retail environment - preferably fashion retailer.
- The ability to drive sales and turnover and ensure minimal stock losses for the store.

- Computer literacy and excellent admin skills.
- Performance management and IR skills.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and fashion.
