Job Title: Web & Graphics Developer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Shape the brand identity of our company and two software products.
- Create a visual design system to maintain a coherent look and feel across our products, websites, and other materials.
- Design individual websites, ads, newsletters, etc., to support our marketing efforts.
- Contribute in the UX design process of our software product development.
- Drive user engagement through smart and appealing emotional design.
Requirements
- Good working experience in PHP/MySQL web development.
- Proficiency with a pixel-based (e.g. Photoshop) and a vector-based (e.g. Illustrator) tool.
- Proficient with core web technologies including HTTP, HTML, JavaScript (jQuery and/or Prototype) and CSS.
- A awesome and sizable portfolio of elegant websites that you've designed yourself
- Creative - you should be the most creative person in the company.
- You think design is (much, much) more than just “looking good”.
- REST Services (both consuming and designing)
- NICE TO HAVE (but not necessary)
- UX design experience
- Mobile app design
- User research and testing
