Job Title: Hospital Administrator

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee the daily operations and management of our healthcare facility.
  • As a Hospital Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery of quality patient care, maintaining operational excellence, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our hospital's performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments within the hospital, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration among various healthcare units to optimize patient care delivery.
  • Oversee budgetary planning, financial performance, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality patient care standards. Monitor expenses, revenue generation, and cost-control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance protocols. Implement strategies to maintain and enhance patient safety, quality care, and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a competent and motivated healthcare team. Foster a positive work environment, promote professional development, and encourage continuous education and training.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the hospital's mission, vision, and goals. Identify growth opportunities, implement new programs, and lead initiatives to enhance healthcare services and community outreach.
  • Focus on enhancing the patient experience by implementing patient-centered care approaches, addressing feedback, and maintaining high standards of service excellence.
  • Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and equipment to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient healthcare environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, stakeholders, community leaders, and regulatory bodies to promote the hospital's interests and community health initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in healthcare administration or hospital management, demonstrating progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and healthcare industry trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to adapt to changing healthcare landscapes and lead organizational change effectively.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 / month.
