Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Jakande Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Handle walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers or visitors
• Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
• Receive client’s complaint/vehicles and recommend possible solutions as well as convince clients to carry out the recommendations.
• Work closely with Service Advisor to profile clients, inspect vehicles and prepare/deliver repair estimates for the recommended job, thereby achieving client satisfaction and profitability.
• Communicating with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices
• Answer outbound and inboundcalls, chats and emails
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Manager with jobs assigned
• Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, OND or BSc in relevant fields.
• Must have a positive attitude and customer service mindset
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have strong communication skills
• Prior phone or call center experience is a plus!
