We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Remote Human Resources Officer

Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • Are you keen to learn and develop your skills as an HR Officer?
  • We need you if you are able to demonstrate great communication skills, you are able to make effective use of Microsoft Office and can prioritise your workload.

Job Duties

  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates
  • Develop job descriptions, manage job posting and recruitment process
  • Shortlist candidates based on defined requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare interview materials, including assessments and evaluation forms
  • Support end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Maintain accurate and organized record of all human resources activities

The Person

  • Minimum of OND in any business-related field
  • Someone hardworking, trustworthy & genuine.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Sheets
