Job Title: Remote Human Resources Officer
Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Are you keen to learn and develop your skills as an HR Officer?
- We need you if you are able to demonstrate great communication skills, you are able to make effective use of Microsoft Office and can prioritise your workload.
Job Duties
- Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates
- Develop job descriptions, manage job posting and recruitment process
- Shortlist candidates based on defined requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare interview materials, including assessments and evaluation forms
- Support end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Maintain accurate and organized record of all human resources activities
The Person
- Minimum of OND in any business-related field
- Someone hardworking, trustworthy & genuine.

Skills Required:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Sheets
