TA Connect was established by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) to deliver tailored and cohesive support for states in Nigeria by strengthening their PHC systems and enhancing PHC service delivery. Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and analytical HR Consultant specialized in researching and analyzing initiatives aimed at mitigating the economic depreciation of salaries.
- This role involves conducting a comprehensive market survey to identify, evaluate, and recommend strategic measures adopted by organizations to address the challenges posed by salary devaluation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Market Research: Conduct extensive research to identify trends, policies, and initiatives adopted by diverse NGOs in Nigeria, to counteract economic salary depreciation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to understand the effectiveness and impact of various initiatives implemented by organizations.
- Recommendation Development: Formulate actionable recommendations and strategies based on research findings to assist in curbing salary depreciation challenges.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to present findings, recommendations, and strategies.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation outlining the survey findings and proposed initiatives.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years specializing in salary analysis, Remuneration, or related fields. Experience in the NGO sector will be an added advantage.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of economic factors impacting salaries and experience in researching and implementing initiatives to counter salary depreciation.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, interpretation, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Work Approach: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and engage effectively with stakeholders.
