The directors' vast knowledge and experience in retail business have been deployed in the management and operation of Oliver Twist Supermarket since the inception of the first store in 2019 in Abuja, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pharmacy Cashier

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • Most have worked as a pharmacist assistant, know how to administer injection, and can prescribe drugs

Patient Care:

  • Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and reactions to medications.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with the pharmacy team to coordinate medication management.

Patient Education:

  • Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and proper self-administration.
  • Offer guidance on lifestyle modifications and health promotion.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Document all nursing interventions and interactions with patients.

Medication Management:

  • Assist in medication dispensing and ensure accurate dosage.
  • Monitor medication inventory and assist in ordering supplies.

Health and Safety:

  • Adhere to infection control protocols.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Emergency Response:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
  • Provide initial assessment and intervention in emergency situations.

Collaboration with Healthcare Providers:

  • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient treatment plans.

Continuous Professional Development:

  • Stay informed about the latest developments in nursing practices and pharmacy services.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.

Patient Advocacy:

  • Advocate for the well-being and rights of patients.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to address patient needs and concerns.
