Job Brief

• We are currently seeking, highly cool-headed, fast-learner, smart and intelligent individuals who reside within the Ikeja, Agidingbi, Ogba, Ojota & Oregun axis for the Customer Service / Sales Representative position.
• This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking to start a career in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

• Attending to customer inquiries Instore & Onlinei.e Instagram and Whatsapp
• Processing customer orders and preparing them for dispatch and delivery
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Completing any other tasks as assigned, from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc certification
• 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Be highly patient to handle the influx of customer inquiries.
• Be smart and a fast learner.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• The ability to work in a really fast-paced Women's Fashion Retail environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail.

Salary
N60,000 - N65,000 monthly.
