- To contribute to commercial business development, execution of branch commercial sales plans, to achieve desirable profitability.
- To book quality risk asset and monitor for effective and efficient performance of such loans.
- To foster a productive, value-adding relationship between the bank and customers.
- To support the Branch Manager to grow a portfolio of profitable customers in pursuit of specific sales, service, growth, and opportunity targets.
- To contribute to a strong customer-focused service culture in the Branch.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
