Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform Spa Treatments: Conduct various spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, manicures, pedicures, and other specialized therapies. Follow established protocols and techniques to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Personalize Client Experiences: Take the time to understand each Client's preferences, concerns, and desired outcomes. Customize treatments and recommendations based on individual needs, creating personalized and memorable experiences.
• Maintain Professionalism and Hygiene: Adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and hygiene. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, sterilize equipment, and comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide Expert Guidance: Educate Clients on wellness practices, skincare routines, and self-care techniques. Offer professional advice and recommendations to enhance their overall well-being beyond the spa visit.
• Continuously Upgrade Skills: Stay updated with the latest techniques, trends, and industry advancements through ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Strive to enhance your knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service.
• Foster Client Relationships: Develop strong rapport and build long-term relationships with Clients. Actively listen to their feedback, address concerns, and proactively exceed their expectations, ensuring high levels of Client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification: HND / B.Sc / ITEC / CIDESCO
• Experience: 1 years
• Valid certification or license in massage therapy, aesthetics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in delivering spa treatments with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of different massage techniques, skincare products, and wellness practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with Clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize Client needs.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ethical conduct.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as per spa operational hours.
