Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (Water Pipeline)

Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with specialized expertise in water pipeline systems, particularly in city water reticulation.

Key Responsibilities
Water Pipeline Design and Analysis:

• Design, analyze, and optimize water pipeline systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings and documentation for water pipeline projects.

City Water Reticulation:

• Demonstrate expertise in city water reticulation, including the planning and implementation of water distribution networks within urban areas.
• Collaborate with city planning authorities and other stakeholders to integrate water pipeline systems seamlessly into urban infrastructure.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage water pipeline projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure that all water pipeline projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to guarantee compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in designing and managing water pipeline projects, with a focus on city water reticulation.
• In-depth knowledge of water infrastructure systems, including pumps, valves, and distribution networks.
• Familiarity with industry software for pipeline design and analysis.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Professional Engineering License is a plus.
