Coinbox Limited is a Management Consulting Company seeking a skilled and detail -oriented Accountant to join the team. As an integral part of the organization, the accountant will play a key role in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Eleganza - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Collaborate with management to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all local, state, and federal tax returns, and adhere to tax regulations.
• Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Conduct financial analysis and present findings to management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (professional certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in the use of accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Candidate is expected to be residing in lekki, ajah or in its environs.

Salary
N120,000 - N180,000 / month.
