Job Title: Appointment Maker (Telemarketer)

Job Description
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided lists or leads.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you are promoting and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospects.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for the sales team to pursue.
- Objection Handling: Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects and provide suitable solutions or information to overcome objections.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for prospective clients to meet with sales representatives by persuading potential customers
- Follow-Up: Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and follow up with them as needed to move them through the sales funnel.
- Meet Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly attendance quotas and performance targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to generate referrals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with telemarketing standard operating procedures rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- OND / HND / B.Sc educational qualification preferred.
- The position is open for males and females.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persuasive and results-oriented with the ability to handle objections.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ethical and compliant with telemarketing regulations.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
