We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: A / C Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of hotel air conditioning systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on a regular basis to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute A/C installations, upgrades, and replacements.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints related to HVAC concerns, providing excellent customer service.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair history.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to enhance overall system performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Familiarity with HVAC control systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and tools.
