Job Summary

• We are currently recruiting to fill the position of BI Analyst for the software testing unit, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.

Job Description
You are responsible for the following:

• To transform raw business data into meaningful insights, facilitating informed decision-making within the organization. IF involves the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data to support strategic planning and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a medium sized organization.
• Experience in information and communication technology (ICT) preferably in Telecommunications, Banking, FMCG or an
• ICT-related industry.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide meaningful insights for business stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to create a consolidated and reliable data warehouse.
• Maintain and optimize data models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Work closely with business leaders and departments to understand data requirements and deliver relevant insights.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of BI solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations.
• Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive business information.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Certification is any of the followings would be an added advantage; ISTQB Test Foundation, SCRUM, Agile, PMP, ITIL Foundation, etc.

Job Levels
This role has 4 different levels:

• Junior  - Maximum of 2 years
• Intermediate - 2 to 4 years' experience
• Senior  -  4 to 6 years
• Expert - Minimum of 6 years' experience.
