Job Title: PreSchool Coordinator

Location: Ogudu GRA, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to enhance educational outcomes.
• Foster positive relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and maintaining open communication.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Master's Degree is an advantage
• Working knowledge of the American curriculum.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for fostering creativity and love for learning in young children.
• Effective communication skills with both children and adults.
• Ability to create a warm and inclusive preschool environment.
• Knowledge of licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a preschool setting.
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood development and educational best practices.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills.
