We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Backend Developer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Back-end development with any or all of PHP/Laravel, Python/Django,
• Design and implementation of data storage solutions
• Design, develop and maintaining the server-side logic of applications.
• Host and deploy applications on Digital Ocean.
• Responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with application development which include designing and creating intuitive APIs
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
• Teach and train students on any or both of Python/Django. PHP/Laravel
• Understand, debug, review and test application code

Requirements

• 1- 2 years of experience developing scalable backend systems
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Understanding fundamental design principles for building scalable applications
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, preferably Git
• Understanding of “session management” in application development.

Added Advantage:

• Knowledge of any of Java/Spring, C#/.NET Core, Kotlin.
