Job Description

  • They are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospitals, by establishing strong relationships and providing product information
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Conduct presentations and educational programs to healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and proper usage
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on market needs and product improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and market intelligence using CRM tools
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote company products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
