• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facility and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Facility and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our facilities and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
• Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize cost
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage and optimize facility budgets and expenditures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement cost-effective solutions for facility improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Facility or Operations Manager.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
