We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage inventory for all departments in the hotel
• Daily physical stock count audit
• Generate purchase request template from Kitchen staff and Store keeper on a daily basis and arrange for delivery of those items daily.
• Ensure that Hotel operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.
• Responsible for verifying all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
• Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a procurement officer in the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and purchasing softwares
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
