Job Title: English / Literature Tutor

Job Description

• The main responsibility of the English language tutor will be to develop students’ English language skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening.

Person Specification
Educational Qualifications and Certificates

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Literature, Linguistics or other relevant disciplines
• Additional qualification (desirable).

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience

Key Focus Areas:

• Differentiated instruction and Inclusive learning environment
• Knowledge of best practices to support the raising of academic attainment across the school.
• Conduct literacy assessment and analysis.
• Efficient and effective targeting of resources to ensure excellent teaching and learning
• Setting high expectations and positive outcomes.
