Job Title: Head Chef
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Control and direct the food preparation process
- Approve dishes before they reach the customer
- Manage and work closely with other chefs at all levels
- Create menu, recipes and develop dishes
- Ensure consistency in food taste and quality
- Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as head chef
- Up to date with culinary trends and kitchen processes
- Culinary Degree is required
- Outstanding leadership skills
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
