We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to realize organizational objectives.
• Provide astute leadership, steering the organization towards operational excellence.
• Cultivate a culture of distinction, fostering innovation and continual enhancement.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to propel business performance and foster growth.
• Ensure unwavering compliance with regulatory standards and industry norms.
• Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 years of progressively impactful work experience.
• Proven track record of 4 to 6 years in a management capacity.
• Possession of a Postgraduate qualification in a pertinent field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Business Administration).
• Highly advantageous: Previous experience within the Health Management Organization (HMO) domain.
• Profound understanding of healthcare regulations and abreast of industry trends.
• Candidate should reside in Abuja or have plans to relocate to Abuja.
