Job Title: Corporate Communications Lead

Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Communication Strategies:

• Create and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.

Media Relations:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Draft press releases, media kits, and other materials to promote company announcements and initiatives.

Internal Communication:

• Develop and implement internal communication programs to engage and inform employees.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company culture.

Crisis Communication:

• Develop and maintain crisis communication plans to effectively address potential challenges.
• Act as the primary spokesperson during crisis situations, ensuring transparency and maintaining the company's reputation.

Social Media Management:

• Oversee the company's social media presence and strategy.
• Create and curate engaging content that reflects the company's values and objectives.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, human resources, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Food Retail and Manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary

• N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
