Job Summary

• Takes full accountability for the day-to-day running of all non-fresh products in our factory outlet. 
• Required to lead, coach and develop team members to meet sales targets, cost control and other requirements.
• To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
• A customer centric individual continually seeking to better understand our diverse customers and meeting their varying needs.
• Take pride in contributing to the exceptional running, welcoming and engaging our customers, team members and community.

Requirements and skills

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferrably in the retail or manaufacturing space.
