Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure positive interactions through effective communication.
- Manage incoming calls, and take messages needed.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist in handling administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in related roles within the real estate industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a practice approach to problem-solving.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
Remuneration
- N80,000 - N100,000 monthly (Net), HMO.
