Job Summary

  • The Housekeeping and Cleaning Specialists plays a pivotal role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary environment within the designated premises.
  • This position is responsible for executing a range of cleaning tasks, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Job Description

  • Cleaning and Sanitazation: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming. ensure proper sanitazation of surfaces and high-touch areas. Disinfect and clean restrooms, ensuring hygienic environment.
  • Room setup and Maintenance: Prepare rooms for guests, ensuring all amenities are in place. Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of furnitures, fixtures, and equipments. Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
  • Laundry Services: Manage and maintain laundry facilities. Wash, dry, and fold linens and other textiles. Ensure timely restocking of clean and organized linens.
  • Waste Management: Collect and dispose oftrash in designated containers Monitor and empty waste bins regularly. Implement recycling initiatives where applicable.
  • Inventory Control: Keep track of cleaning supplies and report of shortages. Assist in the procurement of cleaning materials within budget constraints.
  • Adherent to Safety Standards: Follow safety guidelines and protocols when using chemicals and equipment. Report any safety hazards or incident prompty.

Qualification and Skills

  • Proven experience in housekeeping and cleaning roles.
  • Knowledge in cleaning chemicals, proper usage, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery.
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • Must be able to interact with team members and, if necessary, with residents and guests.
