Job Title: Front Desk Staff / Customer Care Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Welcoming clients in a highly professional manner
• Calling clients for follow up
• Sending reminders on appointment
• Sales/ account reports

Requirements
Skills:

• Must be well mannered, polite and pro active
• Must be computer literate
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must know about hmo
• Be ready to learn fast and be meticulous

Experience:

• Must be well experienced in front desk role in a clinical setting. this is an added advantage
• Be ready to learn fast and be meticulous.

Salary
N110,000 N140,000 / month.
