Location: Remote

Job Overview

• Planning and execution of coaching programs.
• Collaborate with other coaches to support clients' development.

Key Responsibilities

• To mentor and support enrolled clients who are interested in our services.
• To perform the coaching role to the best of their ability.
• To adhere to the organisation’s rules, procedures and standards.
• To maintain the confidential information of the Company and its affiliates.
• To participate in continuous development and training necessary for your role
• Collaborate with the delivery team to enhance overall department efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• A graduate of a relevant degree program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the coaching programs.
• Basic understanding of coaching principles is a plus.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in coaching or related industries is a plus.

Training and Development:

• Receive training in coaching techniques and methodologies.
• Participate in workshops, seminars & tasks related to personal and professional development.
• Regular feedback sessions to enhance skills and address questions.

Working Conditions

• 100% remote environment
• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend sessions
