Job Title: Human Resource Consultant

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree from a Reputable University.
• Minimum of 4-7years’ experience is an HR Generalist or in a similar HR Consulting role.
• Clear evidence of an understanding / inclination towards the fundamentals of Organizational Development (OD) Projects. Demonstrate Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and Business Acumen.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency and strong understanding and depth in key HR capabilities including Reward Management, Organizational design, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Skills Assessment, Culture Management, Career Management & Development, Talent Sourcing & Onboarding, Policy Compliance & Employee welfare Management.
• Proven Experience collaborating with Clients to assess their people and process needs as well as providing strategic guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and processes. Able to conduct HR Audits and Assessments to pinpoint areas for improvement.
