Job Title: Butchery Bone Saw Operator

Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the bone saw machine in the butcher shop.
• Ensuring that the machine is set up correctly and calibrated to cut bone efficiently and safely.
• Regularly cleaning and sanitizing the machine and surrounding area to maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist in receiving and storing meat products, as well as cutting and trimming meat when required.
• Strictly following all food safety regulations, including proper labelling, packaging, and storage techniques.
• Providing excellent customer service by answering queries and assisting customers in selecting appropriate meat products.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the butcher shop.

Requirements

• Experience operating bone saw machine in butchery or meat processing facility is preferred.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
• Strong knowledge of various cuts and qualities of meat, particularly in relation to bone sawing.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate cutting and portioning of bones.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
• Must live around Berger, Magodo, Ketu, Isheri, Olowora, Opic and environs.
• Must be ready to resume immediately.
