Klinserve, a facilities management company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Costing Accountant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for bid submissions,
• Develop bid-winning strategies,
• Cost all jobs in line with company guidelines
• Conduct research, write and edit proposals in a timeous manner,
• Negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure we win the bids
• Business partnering with the CEO and business development team in order to provide financial support and information
• Preparation of the monthly management accounts pack, inclusive of the project accounts and contribution analysis
• Managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and other working capital requirement
• Sourcing short term loans to support working capital
• Budget and Budgetary controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts, Finance or another relevant discipline.
• Must be able proficient in Excel, Powerpoint MS Word
• Experience as a bid writer is advantageous.
• Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deadline-driven and committed to excellence.
• Sound understanding of the facility management industry and the built-up environment

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
