We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Strategic Partner

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategy with organizational objectives, driving innovative initiatives to achieve business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and support in employee relations, talent management, performance evaluation, and organizational development.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, anticipating HR-related challenges and proactively recommending effective solutions.
  • Lead and oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with comprehensive knowledge across various HR functions.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving business needs.
