We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Ughelli, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The role is responsible for dispensing prescribed medications to patients and offering expertise in the safe use of prescriptions.
• The pharmacist also provides advice on how to lead a healthy lifestyle, conducts health and wellness screenings and oversee the medications given to patients.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Providing consultation and advice to patients on the proper use and potential side effects of medications.
• Managing inventory and ensuring proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Overseeing the pharmacy's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• 2 to 5 years relevant work experience preferably in a clinical or community setting.
• Valid pharmacist license in Nigeria.
• Proven experience working as a Pharmacist.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Location Requirement:

• Applicants must reside in Ughelli or its immediate environs to be considered for this position.

Remuneration
Salary in line with industry standard.
